29 CFR 1910.179(j)(3): Complete inspections of the crane was not being performed at intervals as generally defined in paragraph (j)(1)(ii)(b) of this section: On or about June 9, 2022 and at times prior thereto, in the burn shop area, employees used overhead cranes daily to move structural steel and the cranes were not inspected periodically. a.) A 3-ton crane, S/N BOS_SO000343TRE-SG DD, was not inspected at least every 12 months. b.) A 3-ton crane, S/N 5263S, was not inspected at least every 12 months. c.) A 3-ton crane, S/N 5248S, was not inspected at least every 12 months.
