29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:  a) Paint Area: On or about June 10, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to respiratory hazards, in that a written respiratory protection program which included medical evaluations, fit tests and training was not developed and implemented for an employee who is required to wear a "3M" half-face respirator where when working in the paint area.
