OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to the hazard of workplace violence: a) Adolescent 1: On or about June 11, 2022, employees providing inpatient care to patients were exposed to the hazard of workplace violence including, but not limited to, physical assaults such as biting, kicking, punching, and scratching that resulted in serious physical injuries such as lacerations, contusions, sprains, strains, headaches, and concussions. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
