29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): At this job site, employees engaged in roofing activities on a low-sloped roof (slope less than or equal to 4 in 12), with unprotected sides and edges, greater than 10-ft. above the ground, without being protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system or warning line system and safety monitoring system. On or about June 13, 2022, employees performing roofing work from a low sloped roof were not protected from falls of ten feet.
