The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level. a) ODW Logistics, at 2859 Rohr Rd., Groveport, Ohio 43125: On and/or preceding June 14, 2022, the access to an emergency exit door nearest to the forklift charging station located in the central warehouse was obstructed, thereby restricting employees from safely exiting the building in the event of an emergency.
