29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) 2237 Cobblestone Lane, Lancaster PA - Worksite, House Roof - On or about June 15, 2022, employees who were performing residential roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of 25-feet and were not utilizing acceptable means or methods of fall protection.   b) 2237 Cobblestone Lane, Lancaster PA - Worksite, House Roof - On or about June 15, 2022, employees who were performing residential roofing work were exposed to a fall hazard of 11-feet and were not utilizing acceptable means or methods of fall protection.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
