29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(iv):Employee(s) working in an aerial lift were sitting or climbing on the edge of the basket:  10622 S. Hwy 151, San Antonio, TX 78251.  On or about June 14-2022, and at times prior thereto, worker utilizing a JLG aerial lift was exposed to fall hazard while standing on the mid/top rail of basket while tacking metal sheets on roof  at approximately 40 feet above ground.
