OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) On or about August 4, 2022, at the facility, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when the corroded track 3 north Harrington CX Hand Chain Hoist was used. b) On or about August 4, 2022, at the facility, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when the corroded track 3 south Dayton Low Headroom Hand Chain Hoist was used. c) On or about August 4, 2022, at the facility, employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard when the corroded Regen 2 Harrington Electrical Chain Hoist was used.
