29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: A) By Bender machine #3, located at 2000 Bamford Boulevard, Pooler, GA: On or about June 15, 2022, and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a slip/fall hazard in that hydraulic fluid accumulated on the floor where employees worked. B) By Bender machine #3, located at 2000 Bamford Boulevard, Pooler, GA: On or about June 15, 2022 and times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a trip hazard in that an electrical cord attached to a metal electrical box used as a quadruplex receptacle was loose on the floor where employees worked.
