29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: At the jobsite located at 3512 45th St. South, Wichita, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that hard hats were not provided. Employees were allowed to work at a lower level without hard hats where framing activities continued to be performed from above.
