29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about June 16, 2022, Northeast corner of Building #50 (Welding Shop) , a strain relief on a black 480V power cord connected to an electrical outlet was pulled away from plug exposing inner conductors. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
