29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access went through a room that could be locked, to reach an exit or exit discharge.  a) Walk-in Refrigerator:   On or about June 16, 2022, an exit door leaving the walk-in refrigerator into the kitchen was not free and unobstructed. Moveable shelving that was frequently placed in front of the walk-in refrigerator blocked egress back into the store when products were being stored or retrieved from the shelves at the same time employees were still inside the refrigerator.   b) Walk-in Freezer:  On or about June 16, 2022, an exit door leaving the walk-in freezer, which was adjoined to the walk-in refrigerator, prevented exit discharge to the outside of the building. The outward opening door did not provide sufficient egress when employees were provided no more than nine inches of passage to the outside due to a locked exterior door on the other side that was preventing the door from opening all the way.  c) Storage Area:  On or about June 16, 2022, an exit door that led directly outside, was not free from obstructions when multiple items, which included a dolly with a large trash bag on it and a large trash can with several boxes inside, were stored against the door.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  Walk-in Freezer:  On or about June 16, 2022, the exit discharge located in the freezer was not clearly visible and marked with a sign reading "Exit" to notify employees that there was a point of egress for periods when they frequently accessed that area to retrieve food items.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the width of the working space in front of electrical equipment was less than the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 inches), whichever was greater:   Storage Area:  On or about June 16, 2022, boxes and ladders that were stacked against electrical panels powering the building and equipment in the facility, did not provide a clearance of a width no less than 30 inches to access the equipment for examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized.
