29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): Material prep area - On or about June 10, 2022, the model 600 CNC rubber strip cutting machine was not adequately guarded where an employee was able to reach under a guard and into the point of operation while the machine was running. The employee suffered a partial fingertip amputation as a result of the condition.
