Chemicals not labeled properly included but were not limited to diluted bleach, which could cause eye and skin irritation if contacted.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): The employer did not provide employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment, and whenever a new physical or health hazard the employees had not previously been trained about was introduced into their work area:  Employees engaged in inventory, hair styling and cleaning activities at Ulta Beauty store located at 12430 K Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska, were exposed to potential chemical exposure hazards in that the employees were not properly trained on hazardous chemicals in their work area. Employees in the store used hazardous chemicals, which included but were not limited to bleach. These chemicals can cause eye and skin irritation if contacted.
