29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): A) 110 Melrich Road, Cranbury, NJ - Production Room The employer did not ensure that equipment was guarded in a manner to prevent employees from having any body part enter the machine. An employee engaged in the manufacture of pet products, operated a extruder machine that included, but was not limited to DRD-100 Single Screw Extruder serial number 20190204, that was not properly guarded. Occurred on or about 06/16/22
