29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section: a) Lot 137 Satterfield Development in Felton, DE 19943: On or about June 16, 2022, the employer failed to ensure subcontractor's employees conducting framing activities on a residential construction site, approximately 15 feet above grade, had and used fall protection.
