29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) Lot 32 of the 49 Pines Development in Dover, DE 19904: On or about June 16, 2022, the employer failed to ensure frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite and equipment were conducted by a person competent in construction safety standards that resulted in several hazardous conditions exposing subcontractors employee's to falls and housekeeping hazards as they performed air-conditioning installation on a single family residential structure.
