29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step: a) On or about June 13, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing fire protections installation was standing on the top step of a six (6) foot A-Frame aluminum ladder to reach the work zone. The employee was, thereby, exposed to fall hazards of approximately six (6) feet onto a hard surface.
