29 CFR  1910.28(b)(1)(i):29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i):  a. Lazy Days RV of Tampa Maintenance Shops, 6130 Lazy Days Blvd., observed on or about 06/15/2022 - employees in the process of maintenance activities on top of recreational vehicles were exposed to fall hazards up to 12 feet in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized.

29 CFR  1910.106(d)(3)(ii): Storage cabinet(s) for flammable liquids were not designed or constructed to meet minimal fire resistance as required:   a. Lazy Days RV of Tampa Maintenance Shops, 6130 Lazy Days Blvd., observed on or about 06/15/2022 - throughout the maintenance work bays, the employer did not have flammable storage cabinets available for the storage of flammable liquids. Flammable liquids were stored in normal, non-fire rated metal cabinets.
