Employees exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard while walking to the edge and using a garbage can and wheel barrow to dumping roofing shingles at the roof edge into a dumpster, on or about 6/21/2022. b) 586 Main St. Paterson, NJ/Roof: An employee using a leaf blower to blow debris from a roof without utilizing a complete personal fall arrest system and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet or other means of fall protection that was not secured so as to prevent fall hazards, on or about 6/21/2022.
