29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    a) 586 Main St. Paterson, NJ/Roof/Parking Lot Side: Employee's were not utilizing a complete fall arrest system and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet while engaged in the removal of roof shingles. Employees exposed to a 30 foot fall hazard while walking to the edge and using a garbage can and wheel barrow to dumping roofing shingles at the roof edge into a dumpster, on or about 6/21/2022.     b)  586 Main St. Paterson, NJ/Roof:  An employee using a leaf blower to blow debris from a roof without utilizing a complete personal fall arrest system and exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet or other means of fall protection  that was not secured so as to prevent fall hazards, on or about 6/21/2022.
