29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  (a) On June 21, 2022 and days prior, in the screen printing room, and emulsion and screen cleaning room, the employer did not develop, implement or maintain a written program that identified the potential hazards associated with plastisol-based paints/dyes, 'Puff' paints/dyes, Blue Works emulsion, Franmar plastisol ink cleaner, and 'Simple Green' All Purpose Cleaner, including exposure leading to eye irritation, mild skin irritation, and harmful ingestion.

(c) On June 21, 2022 and days prior, the employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for Simple Green All Purpose Cleaner.   (d) On June 21, 2022 and days prior, the employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for Blue Works emulsion. 29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  (a) On June 21, 2022 and days prior, the employer did not provide effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in the screen printing room to employees at the time of their initial assignment, including but not limited to,  acrylonitrile, carbon black, cyclohexanol, dioxane, titanium dioxide, vinyl chloride, phthalic acid, and tetrahydrofurfuryl acid.
