29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about June 21, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 11123 Zinnias Ct. in Hockley, TX, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet when performing roofing work on the roof of a two-story house without the use of a fall protection system. MANUEL DE JESUS MELARA, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1554026, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 08, 2021, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 23723 BLACKHAW BLOSSON LN. On or about June 21, 2022, at a residential construction site located on 11123 Zinnias Ct. in Hockley, TX, two employees were exposed to a fall hazard when trying to get onto the roof of the home without proper access.
