29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii):Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): The employer is failing to protect employees from amputation hazards. This was most recently documented on or about June 15, 2022 when an employee suffered a finger tip amputation within the fabrication area located at 1850 East 53rd Street North, Park City, KS 67219. Employees engaged in fabrication activities at the Judelshon Cutter, Model 722-C-A1, serial number 59094, in the fabrication shop was exposed to amputation hazards in that the point of operation was not properly guarded.
