29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on flat roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: 504 South Broad Street, Middletown Delaware, 19709 (front): On or about June 22, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting roofing work, approximately 28 feet above lower level, were protected from falls. CTA Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1477571, citation number 1 item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on (08/18/2020), with respect to a workplace located at 17344 Sweet Briar Rd., Lewes, DE 19958.
