29 CFR  1910.151(b): In the absence of an infirmary, clinic, or hospital in near proximity to the workplace which is used for the treatment of all injured employees, a person or persons shall be adequately trained to render first aid. Adequate first aid supplies shall be readily available.   a)  On or about June 15, 2022,  an employee who was exhibiting symptoms of heat related illness did not receive adequate first aid treatment, in that in lieu of 911 being called by the employer, the employee was allowed to drive themselves home.  The production supervisor (plant designated trained first aid responder) did not render first aid and treatment.
