OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  At the jobsite located at 1901 State Highway 86 in Ridgedale, MO: The employer is failing to protect employees from potential permanent disabling injuries such as but not limited to broken bones, contusions or death as a result of a struck-by hazard as a result of using John Deere brand, 325G Compact Track Loader.  This was most recently documented on June 2, 2022 at the jobsite located at 1901 State Highway 86, in Ridgedale, Missouri when the employer failed to ensure that unauthorized personnel were not permitted to ride on the John Deere brand, 325G Compact Track Loader .  An employee fell from the equipment while riding the forks and suffered injuries from the fall and being struck by the Track Loader.  AMONG OTHER METHODS, FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHODS TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD ARE:  1)    Ensure employees are trained on the correct procedures of operating the John Deere brand, 325G Compact Track Loader according to the operator's manual  2)    Ensure  employees are trained on the hazards of working with, around and operating John Deere brand, 325G Compact Track Loader
