29 CFR  1926.1101(k)(3)(ii)(B):The employer did not inform employers of employees who worked and/or were working in adjacent areas of the location and quantity of asbestos containing material and/or presumed asbestos containing material present in the area:  a) At a jobsite located at 630 SW Persels RD, Lee's Summit, MO, at or around 1 Jun 22; subcontractors of McCownGordon Construction were not notified of the location and quantity of asbestos containing materials.  The subcontractor and their employees were then exposed to asbestos during the demolition of but not limited to,  laboratory counter tops which contained asbestos.  The demolition of the countertops allowed for the asbestos to be disturbed and presented an inhalation hazard of asbestos fibers.
