29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing leading edge work 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite, 135 Western Ave., Albany, NY, Third floor Bathroom Tower: On or about June 17, 2022 and at times prior thereto, an employee was placing metal decking on the third floor of the bathroom tower approximately 40-feet high without the use of fall protection.
