On or about June 21, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to high ambient heat from direct sun exposure during the performance of their job duties, including residential home wood-framing tasks, exposing the employees to heat-related illnesses such as heat cramps, heat stress, heat exhaustion, and heat stroke.
