29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(D): Flexible cords and cables were used where attached to building surfaces: Shop Floor, Near Storage Room Entrance: On, or about, June 23, 2022, the orange cord that was hard-wired between the switch/receptacle box and a light fixture mounted on the underside of a plywood shelf was attached to the wall and the shelf using what appeared to be NM cable (Romex) staples.
