29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 6/22/2022: employees were installing roofing material on a modified flared end of a barrel domed roof with an estimated 8:12 pitch and the edge of the roof in excess of 17' to the ground, without fall protection of any kind.
