29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s).  a) Jobsite located at 721 North 16th Street, Philadelphia, PA.:  The employer did not initiate a program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition. Employees performing framing and other related work at the jobsite were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards.   Condition was observed on or about June 24, 2022.
