29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a. 544 Delancy St., Newark, NJ - Security House Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while performing gate security operations nearby a 7000 volt electrical fence line that contained a remote keypad in close proximity to the live parts that was not guarded from accidental contact which led to an incident that occurred on or about 5/20/22.

Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA: a. 544 Delancy St Newark, NJ 07105 - Security House A reportable injury, which occurred on 5/20/22 and led to the in-patient hospitalization of an employee that sustained an electrical shock, was not reported to the OSHA Parsippany Area Office. Violation was disclosed on or about 6/22/22.
