29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures. On or about June 6, 2022, on the southeast side of the site, employees were performing masonry tasks in an area that had a large amount of construction debris creating trip, fall, and impalement hazards.
