29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system: a) Spring Hill Suites by Marriott in Frederica, DE 19946: On or about June 24, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing/roofing activities on a commercial building with unguarded sides and edges, approximately 30 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection.
