29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level: (a)DL Construction at 885 Cottonwood Lane, Dakota Dunes SD 57049: On or about and at times prior to June 25, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls to a lower level while operating from a man-basket on a telescoping forklift. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of greater than ten feet.
