29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips, and sparks:  a) Knoxville National Cemetery, Knoxville, TN.  On or about Jun 23, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a struck by hazard, the Stihl Weed Trimmer was missing the debris shield guard.

29 CFR  1910.243(e)(1)(ii):All power-driven chains, belts, and gears were not positioned or otherwise guarded to prevent the operator's accidental contact therewith, during normal starting, mounting, and operation of the machine.  a) Knoxville National Cemetery, Knoxville, TN.  On or about Jun 23, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a caught-in hazard, in that the belt pulleys on the mower deck of the Kawasaki Turf Tiger ZTR (SN 97/68SN4G2) mower, workers were using to mow were not guarded.
