On or about 6/27/2022, ELT Services, LLC employees were installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on 1117 Alexander Dr. in Festus, MO. One employee was not wearing eye protection while cutting decking material with a battery-operated circular saw.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about 6/27/2022, ELT Services, LLC employees were installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential building located on 1117 Alexander Dr. in Festus, MO, and were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems. Three employees were observed on an 3/12 sloped roof, approximately eight to seventeen feet above the ground without utilizing fall protection.
