29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use[ANSIZ358.1-2004]:   a. On or about June 28, 2022, at the kitchen area, employees were exposed to eyes and skin hazards when they used and/or handle J n M Enterprises corrosive products such as Magic Suds (sodium hydroxide), and Grease Trap (sodium hydroxide) during dishwashing operations and there were no facilities available for quick drenching of the eyes.  NOTE:  Certification of abatement must be submitted for this citation item as required by 29 CFR 1903.19(c).

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about June 28, 2022, electrical service panels were not readily accessible in the following areas:  a. At the trash section area. Two electrical service panels were blocked  with a Spirian eye wash station and a Lasko pedestal  fan.   b. At the storage room area. An electrical panel was blocked with cardboard boxes, a plastic rack and two chairs.   NOTE:  Certification of abatement is not required for this citation item as abatement was documented by the compliance safety and health officer during the inspection.
