Sustaita Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1480536, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/05/2020, with respect to a workplace located on Lot B107at 185 2nd Street, Fayetteville, GA 30214.  Sustaita Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1478123, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/05/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 15 Arbor Garden Circle (Lot #23), Newnan, GA 30265.
