29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) On or about June 28, 2022; first and second floors; the protective insulating jacket for the temporary lighting electrical cables were damaged exposing the energized internal conductors. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
