29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system: (a) Schultz Roofing & Repairs, LLC at 1506 Cleveland Ave., Loveland, CO 80538: On or before June 28, 2022 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that five employees removing and installing shingles on the first and second level of a two-story residential home were not utilizing a fall protection system. The pitch of the roof was approximately a 7-in-12. This condition exposed employees to a fall of approximately 18 feet.
