29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system:  On or about June 28, 2022, at this site, employees were observed conducting framing activities on a low-sloped roof above 6 feet from ground level without a fall protection system in place.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):When portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  On or about June 28, 2022, at this worksite, employees engaged in framing activities, utilized two ladders to access/egress the roof that did not extend at least three feet above the roof landing.
