29 CFR 1910.134(h)(3)(i): Employer did not ensure that respirators were inspected as follows: all respirators used in routine situations inspected before each use and during cleaning; all respirators maintained for use in emergency situations inspected at least monthly and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, and checked for proper function before and after each use; and emergency escape-only respirators inspected before being carried into the workplace for use: Production Area: Employer did not ensure that each air-purifying, full facepiece respirator with a front/back-mounted canister provided for protection against ethylene oxide exposure that was maintained for use in emergency situations was inspected at least monthly and in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
