29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  At jobsite located at 8209 Sawmill St. Wichita KS 67226, employees engaged in residential roofing activities using pneumatic nail gun, handling roofing tiles were exposed to struck-by hazards in that eye protection was not utilized.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    At jobsite located at 8209 Sawmill St. Wichita KS 67226, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall  hazards of approximately 18.7 feet from the unprotected edge to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided.    Jaguar Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1354740, citation number #1, item number #1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2233 S. 89th Court, Omaha, NE, 68124.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   At the jobsite located at 8209 Sawmill street, Wichita KS, 67226, employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below while accessing and exiting the roof in that the portable ladder did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing and was not secured to the residence/structure.  Jaguar Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number #1354740, citation number #1, item number #2 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2233 S. 89th Court, Omaha, NE, 68124.
