29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. On the construction site, the employer did not develop or provide a fall protection program to include formal training to the employees engaged in roofing work to recognize and eliminate fall hazards when working over 6 feet and utilizing extension ladders.
