29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): The employer shall assure that portable fire extinguishers are maintained in a fully charged and operable condition and kept in their designated places at all times except during use. a) 3551 South Ferdon Boulevard, Crestview, FL 32536: On or about June 29, 2022, in plain view in the "Spark Room" located next to the employee breakroom, employees were exposed to fire hazards in that the employer failed to ensure that a portable fire extinguisher was properly secured to its designated location/wall mount.
