29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift. Secondary Car Check Station/booth: On or before June 30, 2022, employees, performed regular tasks of inspecting vehicles entering the port. The employer did not ensure proper warning labels were displayed on one of the containers in this station. Employees were exposed to skin and/or eye injury.
