29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a) 2201, 2203, 2205, 2207, 2209, 2211 Caroline Lane Harrisburg PA 17110 -Employees were observed working on a residential  roof 11 to 12 feet 7 inches above the lower level with a 10 in 12 pitched roof without a fall protection system in place, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about June 30, 2022.   (b)  2201, 2203, 2205, 2207, 2209, 2211  Caroline Lane Harrisburg PA 17110 - Employees were observed working on second floor above the garage, near the edge of a large opening/window in the wall 11 feet 1 inch above the outside grade, without a fall protection system in place, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about June 30, 2022.   (c)  2201, 2203, 2205, 2207, 2209, 2211  Caroline Lane Harrisburg PA 17110 - Employees were observed working from the bracing/framing above the garage second floor 10 feet 6 inch above the lower level , without a fall protection system in place, exposing the employees to a fall hazard, on or about June 30, 2022.   Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
