On or about June 27, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, the crane operator of the Tadano GR-750XL-2 Crane (SN: 547916) proceeded with a lift that exceeded the crane's rated capacity causing the crane to tip, thereby exposing employees to struck by and crushed by hazards.
